Last month I was excited to share with all of you the launch of my brand new online store, which allows you to purchase Journey with the Medicine Wheel, the latest book from Jennifer Patten and myself, as well as their accompanying Medicine Wheel cards. If you've read my books and the teachings of Sun Bear, you may be asking yourself, "why would I want to purchase another book in the series?" Or, if you're brand new to the teachings, you may wonder how this book can improve on your mind and your spirit.

Besides the overwhelming positive support from those who have already purchased these products, here are some reasons why you may wish to add on to your existing library, or to start a new one.

It is a tool for self-discovery and empowerment.

Learning more about yourself, and the impact you have on the earth and others around you, is not only vital for personal growth, but also for the growth of those around you. When you are empowered in yourself, you can find yourself doing great things in your home and your community.

It can guide you in your daily life and life path, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

The teachings of Sun Bear have had a profound impact on countless lives. Both Jennifer and I feel a strong bond and connection to his words, which have helped to instruct how we approach our health in all aspects of life. We hope that the impact that he left on us can translate to a meaningful change for you.

It teaches how you are connected to all life.

It's more important now than ever to connect yourself to all forms of life around you. From the single blade of grass to the canopy of the tallest tree, from the slow-beating butterfly wings to the reliability of your trusted canine, you can see how each action (and inaction) can direct affect the world and those that inhabit it.

It is a fun way to learn about yourself.

Self-discovery and reflection doesn't always have to be met with a serious face! In fact, I find that, if I am able to enjoy the process of learning, whether it's about myself or the world around me, the memory of what I learned tends to stick easier. This book is written in a way that fosters the fun by being short, easy to read, and having illustrations.

It is a simple introduction to the Medicine Wheel, and to indigenous cultures.

Jennifer and I decided for this book that we wanted to treat it as if we were looking through it with a different lens. The previous Medicine Wheel books go into much further detail, and are still available for purchase through Amazon, but this new book serves as a great way to proverbially "get your feet wet" with the topic of the Medicine Wheel, while continuing to respect traditions and inform of meditative practices.

If you'd like to purchase your copy today, please visit my store. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on the book!
